The working principle of the winch:
The hoist converts electrical energy into mechanical energy through
the motor, that is, the rotor of the motor rotates and outputs,
through the V-belt, shaft, gear, decelerates and then drives the
reel to rotate. The reel winds the wire rope and passes through the
pulley block, so that the crane hook lifts or drops the load,
converts the mechanical energy into mechanical work, and completes
the vertical transportation and loading and unloading of the load.
Applications of winch:
Electric winches are typically used to drag or lift heavy objects
or objects vertically, horizontally or obliquely through the winch
drum. etc.
Electric winches can be used for horizontal pulling, cable pulling
or vertical lifting.
