The difference between single girder and double girder cranes:
1. Differences in the working environment
Generally speaking, single girder cranes are usually used in places
with short spans, small lifting capacity and small working space.
Double girder overhead cranes are used in places with large span,
large lifting capacity and large working space. Compared with the
two, the European double-girder crane works at a higher level.
2. the difference in crane structure
Single-girder bridge cranes are lighter in weight, simpler in
structure, and easier to install, disassemble and maintain, while
double-girder bridge cranes are heavier in weight, more complex in
structure, and require higher assembly, disassembly and
maintenance.
