Crane Pulley Block Introduction:

The pulley block is one of the important load-bearing parts of the crane. According to the different usage conditions, the working tension in the flexible part can be changed, or its movement speed and stretching direction can be changed. It can be used as a guide pulley, and it is more used to form a pulley block.

Crane Pulley Block Features:

The pulley group The movable pulley block and the fixed pulley group are composed of several pulleys and pulley shafts of the same specification. The movable pulley block is located in the hook group, and its position changes with the lifting and lowering of the hook.

The fixed pulley block is completely different from the traditional bridge crane fixed pulley block structure. It is a spatial arrangement component connected to the beam of the trolley. It requires the fixed pulley to be as light as possible under the premise of meeting the working strength, and the volume occupies a small space. It is always fixed in the beam of the trolley, and does not change with the lifting and lowering of the hook.

Material of pulley:

The material of pulley is generally HT15-33 cast iron, and ZG35Ⅱ cast steel is often used for grab buckets and cranes for special purposes. In order to improve the efficiency of the pulley block and improve the conditions of use, the bearings of the pulley are all rolling bearings.
