Double Girder Overhead Crane Introduction:
Double beam bridge crane is also known as double beam crane and
crown block. Its bridge runs longitudinally along the track laid on
the viaducts on both sides, and the lifting trolley runs
transversely along the track laid on the bridge, forming a
rectangular working range, which can make full use of the space
under the bridge to lift materials without being hindered by ground
equipment.
Double girder bridge cranes are widely used in indoor and outdoor
warehouses, workshops, wharfs and open storage yards. It is mainly
composed of bridge, crane running mechanism, trolley, electrical
equipment, etc. According to the frequency of use, it can be
divided into three working levels: A5, A6 and A7. Its operation is
completed in the cab.

Double Girder Overhead Crane Application:
Environmental conditions: The working power supply is three-phase
AC, the rated frequency is 50HZ, and the rated voltage is 380V; the
working environment temperature is -20~40℃. When working indoors at
40°C, the relative humidity should not exceed 50%, and when working
outdoors at 25°C, the relative humidity is allowed to be as high as
100% for a short time. The altitude of the installation site shall
not exceed 2000m. It is suitable for the maintenance and loading
and unloading of mechanical workshops, warehouses, stockyards, and
hydropower stations with medium and light duty systems. It is a
lifting equipment popularized and used in China.
